Future Remodeling is seeking a Junior Project Consultant to excel in a one-call-close, in-home sales environment across New Jersey. You will train extensively and work with experienced sales professionals to build the skills needed for high performance.

The Opportunity

As a Junior Project Consultant, you will be extensively trained to succeed in a one‑call‑close, in‑home sales environment. You will work closely with experienced sales professionals and leadership while developing the skills required to perform at a high level.

You will run 1–3 appointments per day, depending on readiness and performance.

• Majority company‑provided leads
• Enhanced commission opportunity for self‑generated sales
• Expected first‑year earnings: $75,000–$125,000
• High performers earning $150,000+

• Role does not include guaranteed income; earnings are directly tied to performance and consistency
