At Future Remodeling, we’re not just another home remodeling company— we’re a technology-driven disruptor redefining the way exterior home remodeling is done. Incepted in New Jersey, we’re on a mission to bring cutting‑edge technology, innovative processes, and a fresh perspective to the world of home remodeling. We are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible while building a culture of equality, transparency, and opportunity. This mentality has made Future Remodeling a certified Great Place to Work in 2024 and Best Workplace in NY/NJ in 2025.
As we scale, there is no shortage of growth potential individually or collectively. The future is now, and we hope to see you on the journey!
Future Remodeling is not building a traditional sales team. We are building a company of high‑ownership, high‑performance individuals who take pride in their craft and who are growing along the way.
We are selective by design. In this cycle 500+ applications will be reviewed, a select group will be interviewed, and only four will be hired. Start Date: Our next training class is scheduled to begin in August 2026.
If you are looking for guaranteed income, fixed hours, or a corporate ladder based on tenure— this opportunity will not be the right fit. If you’re motivated by personal growth, autonomy and accountability, competition and performance, and being part of something meaningful— keep reading.
Before applying, ask yourself:
If you cannot confidently answer yes to these, this role may not be a good fit. We are building a team of people who take ownership, compete with themselves daily, want to grow into leaders, care about their craft, and want to build something, not just work a job.
As a Project Consultant, you will meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in improving their homes. Your job is simple in theory, demanding in practice: understand the homeowner’s needs, educate them on the right solution, present a professional, consultative proposal, and close the project with integrity. You will run in‑home appointments in a one‑call‑close environment, with volume increasing as you progress through training and into full production. This role is built for people who thrive in performance environments, want control over their income, prefer results over politics, and want to be measured by what they produce.
$120,000 – $250,000+ annually (performance-based)
Earnings are performance‑based and directly tied to production, pricing discipline, and system adherence. Project Consultants earn commission on their own sales, along with additional performance bonuses and incentives based on production and results. Compensation includes: additional incentives tied to performance, structured onboarding pay during the initial training period, plus opportunities for additional bonuses and rewards. Full compensation details are provided during the interview process and outlined in the Employment Agreement.
