Qualifications

• Prior in‑home sales experience preferred (home improvement, roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, or similar).
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends based on homeowner availability.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• High emotional resilience and personal accountability.
• Must be reachable for reasonable communications due to the nature of the role.
• Comfortable working around job sites (no climbing on roofs or elevated structures).

Responsibilities

• Run scheduled, qualified in‑home sales appointments.
• Deliver consultative, professional presentations.
• Close projects in a one‑call‑close environment.
• Accurately estimate project scope and pricing.
• Collect deposits and complete all required documentation.
• Manage your pipeline and follow‑ups as directed.
• Travel throughout New Jersey to meet homeowners.
• Attend weekly sales meetings, training, and coaching.
• Continuously refine your craft.
