Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Willingness to learn construction terminology and federal contracting requirements.
• Experience with Procore or construction management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized project files, records, correspondence, and documentation.
• Upload, organize, distribute, and track project documents in Procore.
• Assist with project logs and tracking outstanding documentation.
• Prepare meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and project correspondence.
• Collect and organize project closeout documentation.
• Collect and maintain required subcontractor and vendor documentation.
• Follow up with subcontractors and vendors for outstanding paperwork.
• Assist with government and contract compliance documentation.
• Support the Project Administration Manager with subcontract, purchase order, invoice, and change-order documentation.
• Organize drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and other project records.
• Provide general administrative support to the Project Management team.
