Qualifications

• Associate degree required or equivalent experience.
• Foundational knowledge of construction project accounting, including accounts payable, customer billings, and payroll timesheet.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook and Excel; experience with PDF tools such as Adobe or Bluebeam.
• Ability to manage details accurately while supporting invoicing, documentation, and financial processes.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR requirements if driving is needed.

Responsibilities
