Qualifications

• Ability to manage details accurately while supporting invoicing, documentation, and financial processes.

Responsibilities

What You Bring

• Associate degree required; an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience will be considered
• Foundational knowledge of construction project accounting, including accounts payable, customer billings, and payroll timesheet.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, with experience working in PDF tools such as Adobe or Bluebeam
• Ability to manage details accurately while supporting invoicing, documentation, and financial processes
• Valid driver’s license, with the ability to meet company Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) requirements if driving is needed for business purposes

Nice to Have

• One or more years of related construction project accounting experience
• Exposure to job cost tracking, financial reporting, or payroll processes within a construction environment
• Comfort working with multiple systems and learning new tools to support project and accounting workflows

Compensation

Target Hiring Range: $25.00 - $31.00/hourly.

Calnin and Goss recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hourly; compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus and participation in applicable company benefit programs.
