Job summary

You will work with CMIC, UKG, B2W, and Microsoft Office, partnering with project and accounting teams to improve processes and ensure accurate financial tracking as the company continues to grow.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience may be considered.
• Foundational knowledge of construction project accounting, including accounts payable, payroll timesheets, and customer billings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; experience with PDF tools such as Adobe or Bluebeam.
• Ability to manage details accurately while supporting invoicing, documentation, and financial processes.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet MVR requirements if driving for business purposes.
