Job summary

Inflow NS in Universal City, TX, is seeking a experienced Program/Project Manager to support a USAF readiness and training program. You will assist a higher-level program manager in directing the training lifecycle, developing comprehensive project plans and milestones.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, a BA/BS or equivalent, and 5 years of program management experience, including USAF MAJCOM exposure.

• Sign timecards, prepare performance reviews, and assist hiring/firing as directed.

Who will I be working with? You will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and training analysts.

What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Secret clearance.

Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors.

What will I be doing? Using your expertise in program/project management, you will be assisting a higher-level program manager in directing the training project lifecycle by assisting in development of comprehensive project plans to include both long- and short-range goals and milestones, supporting USAF readiness and future operations training. In addition, you will:

• Identify, acquire, and utilize resources to achieve project technical objectives
• Direct a project team monitoring and encouraging functional organizations to complete milestones within specific budgets and schedules
• May, on occasion, interface with external customers as well as top management for the purpose of communicating status of project throughout lifecycle
• May supervise direct reports
• Train and direct employee work activities
• Sign timecards, prepare performance reviews, handle discipline problems, and provide input to hiring and firing as directed
• Other duties as assigned

What experience, training, and education do I need?

You must meet the minimum requirements:

• Active Secret clearance
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience as a Program Manager
• 5 years of USAF MAJCOM experience
• Working knowledge of concepts and doctrine of Air Force Readiness and pre-deployment training programs
