In support of Inflow’s contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and instructors.

What level Clearance do I need?

You must possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance. Must be willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination.

What will I be doing?

Using your expertise in training and exercise support, you will be providing support to government and military stakeholders for training events, including developing a training curriculum, maintaining training records, managing course information, and attendance rosters. In addition, you will:

• Develop, maintain, and deliver training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards
• Provide lesson plans, presentations, and curricula in support of educational goals and maintain materiel within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.)
• Review emerging policy and doctrine publications, provide feedback, and assess for incorporation into training products
• Develop and maintain training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government
• Other duties as assigned

What experience, training, and education do I need?

You must meet the minimum requirements:

• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance and willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination
• Associate’s degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline. Desired: Bachelor’s degree in a related area from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
• 5 years demonstrated experience conducting training at the U.S. in multiple geographic locations
• Experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards
• Experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences
