Job summary

Inflow NS, a national security services firm, seeks a capable analyst to support AF-wide Security Cooperation programs through courseware development and readiness initiatives for USAF training.

You will provide subject matter expertise, lead multiple project tasks, and contribute to planning, analysis, and reporting. An Active Secret clearance is required; the position is contingent on award and will be on-site in Universal City, TX.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance
• 3 years of Air Force MAJCOM and/or HQ Air Force staff officer experience
• 3 years of experience in military training including requirements analysis, planning, and resource programming
• Knowledge of USAF Readiness Training and/or USAF Security Cooperation training

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend improvements to Security Cooperation education and training curriculum based on changing strategies and guidance.
• Provide subject matter expertise for courseware development for FAO education and training updates, including planning and milestone tracking.
• Serve as a Technical Task Lead or Manager across multiple project tasks, applying diverse disciplines.
• Develop analytical techniques and methodologies for problem solutions.
• Perform enterprise-wide strategic systems planning and business information planning and analysis.
• Model processes and data to support planning and analysis efforts using manual and automated tools.
• Apply reverse engineering and re-engineering to migration planning documents as applicable.
• May perform a quality assurance role.
• Identify all task responsibilities and report changes or suggestions to the Project/Program Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.

What will I be doing?

Using your expertise in program/project analysis, you will be providing subject matter expertise for AF-wide Security Cooperation (SC) programs for courseware development, supporting USAF readiness and future operations training. In addition, you will:

• Evaluate and make recommendations on how to improve SC education and training curriculum based on changing and/or emerging strategies and strategic-level guidance
• Provide matter expertise for courseware development for Foreign Area Officer (FAO) education and training updates to include analyzing, developing, and tracking programming plans and milestones
• Serve as a Technical Task Lead or Manager in multiple project tasks, applying a wide spectrum of disciplines for the planning, analysis, design, implementation, and support of assigned tasks
• Develop analytical and computational techniques and methodology for problem solutions
• Perform enterprise-wide strategic systems planning, business information planning, business, and analysis
• Perform process and data modeling in support of the planning and analysis efforts using both manual and automated tools
• As applicable, apply reverse engineering and re-engineering disciplines to develop migration strategic and planning documents
• May perform a quality assurance role
• Identify all task responsibilities and reports any changes or suggestions accordingly to Project/Program Manager
• Other duties as assigned

What experience, training, and education do I need?

You must meet theminimumrequirements:

• Active Secret clearance
• 3 years of Air Force MAJCOM and/or HQ Air Force staff officer experience
