Responsibilities

• Assist the Sr. Production Planner with daily planning and scheduling.
• Prioritize daily tasks and adapt to changing production needs.
• Coordinate information between Planning, Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Quality, and other departments.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate planning, inventory, production, and material information.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and planning-related documentation.
• Use Microsoft Excel to sort, filter, format, organize, and analyze data.
• Review information for accuracy and identify discrepancies or missing information.
