Job summary

Textron is seeking an entry-level Production Planner to contribute to demand analysis and daily SAP-based production planning. The role offers hands-on mentorship, exposure across functions, and development opportunities within a global Fortune 500 environment.

You will collaborate with Operations and Sales to optimize capacity, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvements. A Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field is required, with 0+ years of experience, and SAP/Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Participate in demand analysis activity with Demand Planning and Sales Operations.
Create daily production scenarios and plans in SAP.
Enhance the usage of SAP system for accurate scheduling and drive improvements in assembly, reducing downtime and inventory.
Work cross-functionally with Operations and Sales to optimize capacity and efficiency in the production plan.
Ensure the production plan is communicated and updated appropriately.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities and perform root cause analyses with cross-functional teams.
Monitor order coverage and production plan as key performance indicators.
Analyze actual and potential supply problems or delivery issues and provide timely communications to management.
