Job summary

Revvity in Hopkinton, MA is seeking an Associate Production Planner to align SAP-based production planning with demand and supply. You will convert planned orders into production orders and work with manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, and engineering teams to meet customer commitments.

The role requires 0-2+ years ERP planning experience or equivalent; preferred SAP exposure and strong Excel skills. You will help maintain inventory targets, lead times, and safety stock while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years with Associate/Bachelor alternative paths in production planning.
• ERP system experience required; SAP is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create production/work orders to plan, schedule, and meet orders.
• Monitor planning parameters, lead times, safety stock, and lot sizing in SAP.
• Schedule production lines for instrument product groups and assemblies.
• Convert planned orders into production orders and coordinate execution.
• Maintain cell inventory levels and safety stock with Production Dept.
• Coordinate with Purchasing for material availability and simulations.
• Support Logistics for replenishment and shipping of finished goods.
• Collaborate with Engineering for technical issues and Changeovers.
• Attend weekly Quality reviews and process rejects/returns.
