Boyd Thermal by Eaton in Billerica, MA is seeking a Junior Product Manager to steer the CDU-based cooling portfolio from concept through launch and obsolescence. The role blends engineering insight with formal product management practices, coordinating across Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Quality.

You will help standardize PM tools, develop MRDs/PRDs, and manage lifecycle artifacts while working alongside senior leadership to grow the business and ensure margin targets in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in multi-piece mechanical manufacturing.
• At least 1 year as Associate PM, Junior PM, or Product Specialist in a technical hardware company.
• Experience with Stage-Gate/Phase-Gate NPI methodologies is preferred.
• Hands-on with PM/TPM toolsets: PLM, Jira/Asana, MS Project, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Stage-Gate governance across cross-functional teams for smooth transitions from concept to launch.
• Draft and maintain MRDs, PRDs, product roadmaps, and business cases for standard and customized products.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to support positioning, pricing, and collateral.
