Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1+ year in multi-piece mechanical manufacturing.
• 1+ year as Associate PM, Junior PM, or Product Specialist in a technical hardware environment.
• Experience with Stage-Gate/Phase-Gate NPI methodologies.
• Hands-on with PM/TPM tools: Jira/Asana/MS Project and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and manage gate reviews, action items, and readiness checklists.
• Draft and maintain MRDs/PRDs, product roadmaps, and business cases for standard or configured products.
• Standardize PM tools usage, PLM workflows, and financial models for project tracking.
