Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Experience with Stage-Gate / Phase-Gate NPI methodologies to bring hardware products to production.
• Hands-on familiarity with PM/TPM toolsets (Jira, Asana, MS Project) and financial modeling in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Stage-Gate governance across cross-functional teams, manage gate reviews, action items, and readiness checklists from concept to commercial launch.
• Draft and maintain MRDs, PRDs, product roadmaps, and business cases for standard and customized products.
• Standardize PM toolset and collaborate with PLM, workflow tools, and financial models across the product lifecycle.
