Massive Bio is seeking a Junior Product Manager to join the Product team and own a defined surface of our AI-powered oncology platform. This is an early-career role designed to learn the craft with real business impact.

You will work daily with Engineering, Data & AI, Clinical Operations, and Provider Engagement, turning user feedback into prioritized work and maintaining clear documentation across time zones.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of product-related experience or closely adjacent roles.
• Strong written communication skills for cross-time-zone collaboration.
• Comfort with data and product analytics to support prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined surface of the platform, backlog, and release notes.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications for engineering.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release planning across time zones.
• Read and present product analytics to inform prioritization decisions.
• Engage with Clinical Operations, Patient Relations, and Provider Engagement to understand usage.
