Job summary

CipherHealth, LLC is seeking a Junior Product Manager to own a product area from discovery through delivery and iteration. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ship products customers love and drive measurable business results.

In this role, you’ll work inside an agentic PM loop with AI agents handling analysis and synthesis, and participate in our Product Council model to plan, prioritize, and own roadmaps with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in product management.
• Strong product craft and ability to write clear requirements.
• Decision making grounded in customer insight and data.
• Comfort with AI-assisted product processes.
• Collaborates effectively with Engineering, Design, Sales and CS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area: define vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Drive continuous customer discovery and data-informed analysis.
• Write PRDs, user stories, and maintain backlog.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to ship iteratively and measure results.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and CS on positioning and adoption.
• Communicate priorities, trade-offs and progress clearly.
