Job summary

Talanto is looking for a Product Manager to join the Growth team, owning the car insurance marketplace funnel from discovery to purchase. You will map journeys, synthesize user feedback, and drive end-to-end delivery of initiatives.

You will collaborate with Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing, run weekly sprints, and maintain the required overlap with China business hours. This role offers growth and direct exposure to leadership shaping a fast-growing platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management (ideally consumer-facing products).
• Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize messy signals into clear recommendations.
• Willingness to maintain regular daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives starting with well-scoped launches like landing pages and compliance-driven features.
• Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points, translating feedback into actionable insights.
• Drive bug triage and resolution with engineering, ensuring quality issues are prioritized and closed.
