ProSource Industries, a leading manufacturer of precision components for wire harnesses and electrical control panels, seeks a Product Configuration Coordinator I. You will translate customer information into clear production references, support document control, and assist with internal requests on the manufacturing floor and office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with manufacturing documentation preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings or blueprints.
• Proficiency with standard office software.
• Willingness to learn document control practices.

Responsibilities

• Create internal assembly drawings from approved customer drawings and requirements.
• Prepare basic visual aids and production references using established formats.
• Read basic engineering drawings and learn customer documentation requirements.
• Organize production documentation packages for review and manufacturing use.
• Check documents for completeness and report missing or conflicting information.
• Upload approved technical information to document management systems.
• Maintain organized departmental files and records for easy retrieval.
• Follow revision procedures and archive obsolete documents.
• Support internal documentation requests and collaborate with team members.
• Track tasks, communicate progress, and escalate issues.
