Job summary

Aligned Data Centers is seeking an Associate Procurement Project Manager to support the OFE supply chain for construction projects. You will assist with coordinating activities, vendor communication, and admin tasks to keep projects on track in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2-3 years of experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel, Procore, SharePoint, and Google Suite. Travel up to 25%+ is expected as part of project coordination.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent (degree or experience).
• 2-3 years of experience in a business related field.
• Basic understanding of supply chain processes, preferably in data centers or manufacturing.
• Proficiency with computers and industry systems and programs, including Microsoft Office products (especially Excel), database systems, financial systems, Google Suite, scheduling programs, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating project activities related to owner-furnished equipment (OFE).
• Support vendor relationships by facilitating communication and tracking production plans to align with project schedules.
• Track and organize project costs, schedules, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Assist with administrative duties, including data entry across multiple systems and project trackers.
• Setup, manage, track, and communicate project costs, schedules, and documentation.
• Own and maintain all administrative duties associated with project financials, including RFQs, change orders, POs, SOVs, forecasts, cost codes, and invoice reconciliation.
• Support project documentation management by creating initial submittals, uploading, downloading, and tracking between fileshare systems (Procore, SharePoint, etc).
• Foster positive relationships with OFE vendors, construction teams, contractors, finance/accounting, and engineering.
• Contribute to procurement team efforts to improve processes while meeting project requirements.
