London Approach seeks a Junior Procurement Coordinator to support the procurement team by coordinating with suppliers, tracking orders, and maintaining purchasing records. The role suits organized, detail-oriented candidates who communicate with vendors by phone and email.

Recent graduates with a Supply Chain, Business, or related degree are encouraged to apply. Location: Exton, PA, moving to Malvern, PA, with onsite M-Th and Friday WFH. Pay: $24–$26/hr.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of administrative, purchasing, procurement, customer service, or related experience.
• Recent graduates with a Supply Chain, Business, or related degree are encouraged to apply.
• Some exposure to procurement, purchasing, vendor relations, or supply chain is a plus.
• Comfortable making frequent outbound calls to suppliers/vendors.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Make outbound calls and send emails to suppliers to obtain information and follow up on requests.
• Enter and maintain purchase orders and supplier information.
• Track orders and follow up on outstanding items and deliveries.
• Assist with obtaining quotes and comparing supplier pricing.
• Communicate with internal teams regarding purchasing needs.
• Maintain organized procurement records, spreadsheets, and documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the procurement team.
• Perform other purchasing and administrative duties as assigned.
