Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking an entry level Process Improvement Specialist to identify and correct inefficiencies in work processes within the Case Processing Operation Center (CPOC). The role supports the Defense and Intel Operating Group and offers remote work with occasional onsite requirements.

The position emphasizes timely, accurate work, collaboration with Operations and leadership, and the development of tools to resolve issues while ensuring compliance with customer standards.

Qualifications

• Experience coding in Visual Basic with Access/Excel.
• Ability to interpret and analyze data.
• US citizenship required.
• Must pass a government background check.
• Experience with database management and Python/C++ is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Government contracting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations and department leaders to improve and optimize work systems.
• Analyze data, case items and processes to determine improvements or alternate workflows.
• Create tools and methods to resolve issues and improve quality.
• Perform audits and testing of internal systems.
• Database management.
• Report results to leadership and customers.
• Monitor compliance with performance standards and metrics.
• Maintain attention to detail.
• Handle additional assignments to support department requirements.
