ASRC Federal seeks a Senior Process Analyst in Albuquerque, NM to streamline government project workflows for KEOS (Kirtland AFB). You will drive life-cycle improvements, coordinate with Operations, Environmental, and Real Property, and prepare USAF requirement submissions.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in construction planning/execution, strong QA/QC knowledge, and excellent English communication. US citizenship with security clearance and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in applied science or related field; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of five years’ experience related to construction planning, design, and/or execution.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control principles in process establishment and improvement.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to work independently.
• Strong data collection, analysis, and summarization abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, refine, and enhance daily processes to streamline workflow and expedite document approvals within the government for the construction project planning and engineering departments.
• Drive process improvements across all project stages to optimize full life-cycle management.
• Improve planning and project programming workflows to support efficient development and execution.
• Provide quality control/assurance by regular checks that practices meet requirements and established processes.
• Revise processes as needed to maintain peak effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Operations, Environmental, and Real Property to execute requirements during the project life-cycle.
• Prepare and coordinate approval submissions for USAF-specific requirement packages.
• Assist in status tracking and coordination of pre- and post-project execution processes, including environmental reviews and real property capitalization.
