Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and product specs to set quality and reliability targets.
• Support plant metric reporting and KPI collection.
• Design measurement and control systems for production environments.
