Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering; or an Associate's degree with 3 years of similar manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, JMP).

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify efficiency, quality, and cost improvements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor new or modified processes and procedures.
• Complete process and equipment qualifications and validations.
• Conduct experiments to validate process changes and collect data.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Document process specifications, operating procedures, and training materials.
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, safety, environmental).
