Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; or high school diploma with 6+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and control production processes, tooling, and equipment.
• Support new product, tool, and equipment implementations from design through production.
• Drive process improvements to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
• Apply data-driven methods to solve production and process problems.
• Lead or support projects that improve productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions and quality records.
