Job summary

Fuyao Glass America is seeking a Process Engineer in Fountain Inn, SC to drive new materials development and automation initiatives. You will lead trials, oversee production testing, and ensure alignment with internal and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

Develop and test new materials (ink, silver paste, screen, etc.).
Compile materials process requirements per internal/customer standards.
Coordinate with purchasing to source material suppliers and evaluate technical details.
Test materials in lab, run production tests, and document results.
Compare US vs. Chinese plant materials for performance and cost; select best options.
Create and train on materials usage and storage procedures.
Monitor materials during production and drive continuous improvements.
