Job summary

RTS is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support the creative team with polished presentation decks for sales meetings, pitches, proposals, and client communications. You will translate content into clear visuals while aligning with brand systems.

Collaborate with the Sales team and Evo projects to create templates, digital assets, and high-volume graphics, maintaining consistency across materials. Remote-first culture with room to grow in esports and entertainment projects.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years graphic design experience or related work.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating fundamentals and visual approach.
• Proficient in Google Slides and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain presentation decks for RTS sales meetings, pitches, proposals.
• Develop templates, layouts, charts, and graphics for client-facing materials.
• Create mockups and visual representations of campaigns and partnerships.
• Support Evo events and other RTS projects with templated graphics.
