Job summary

RTS Management, Inc. is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support the RTS creative team with presentation design, sales decks, and branded templates. You will translate data and messaging into clear, persuasive visuals for pitches and client communications.

You will collaborate with the RTS sales team, maintain templates, develop slide layouts, and produce assets for Evo events and other projects. A strong portfolio and solid fundamentals in typography and layout are essential, as is comfort

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of graphic design experience.
• A strong design portfolio demonstrating fundamentals and visual approach.
• Proficiency in Google Slides and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, spacing, and design principles.
• Attention to detail and visual polish.
• Ability to convert complex content into clear visuals for presentations.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while making thoughtful design decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Clear and professional communication, receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design, refine, and maintain presentation decks for RTS sales meetings, pitches, proposals, and other business needs.
• Translate information, data, and messaging into clear, visually compelling layouts.
• Create and maintain presentation templates and deck themes for consistency across materials.
• Develop and update slide layouts, visual systems, charts, graphics, and other elements.
• Create mockups and visuals for campaigns, partnerships, sponsorships, and client concepts.
• Collaborate with Sales to align on goals and adapt presentations for client needs.
• Maintain high level of polish and consistency across materials.
• Organize assets, templates, and source files for easy reuse.
• Provide Evo & general Creative support for design production and templates.
• Create templated digital assets like broadcast graphics and YouTube thumbnails.
• Adapt existing systems to produce polished assets efficiently.
• Support additional design and production needs as projects evolve.
