Ethos is seeking an experienced presentation designer to join a remote, flexible team supporting AI-driven deck work for top consulting and banking clients. You will craft layouts, master templates, and complex visuals that meet brand standards and deliver rapid turnaround on high-stakes slides.

We expect 4+ years in a professional presentation/visual graphics environment, expert PowerPoint skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a presentation design or visual graphics team at a top consulting firm, bank, or agency.
• Expert-level PowerPoint skills including master templates, complex exhibits, and brand systems.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Design slide layouts and templates for professional decks.
• Format exhibits and charts with brand-consistent styling.
• Develop visual hierarchy and graphics for clarity.
• Produce brand-compliant decks with rapid turnaround.
• Build complex graphics as needed and deliver fixes quickly.
