Job summary

RTS, an enthusiast culture company intersecting gaming, creators, and brands, seeks a Junior Graphic Designer to support the RTS creative team with presentation design and sales materials.

You will transform content into clean, compelling decks while adhering to brand systems, templates, and established guidelines. This role offers hands-on experience across design, sales, esports, and entertainment projects.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of graphic design experience or equivalent (internships, freelance, projects).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating fundamentals and visual approach.
• Proficiency with Google Slides and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Design, refine, and maintain presentation decks for RTS sales meetings, pitches, proposals, and other business needs.
• Translate information, data, and messaging into clear visual presentations.
• Create and maintain templates and deck themes for consistency across projects.
• Develop slide layouts, visual systems, charts, and graphics for client-facing materials.
• Create mockups of campaigns, partnerships, and sponsorship concepts.
