Job summary

RTS is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join the Evo creative team, translating direction into polished visuals for event collateral, social, broadcast graphics, and marketing materials. The role emphasizes typography, brand consistency, and print-ready production.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of graphic design experience, a strong portfolio, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, event-driven environment, with remote-first flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and composition.
• Print production experience and file prep for printing.
• Clean, modern design portfolio demonstrating a thoughtful aesthetic.
• Ability to follow brand standards and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design assets for Evo events, initiatives, and projects.
• Create social media graphics and digital marketing assets.
• Design maps, schedules, wayfinding, and information graphics.
• Develop broadcast graphics for tournaments and events.
• Prepare production-ready files for print vendors and partners.
• Collaborate with creative, sales, comms, and marketing teams.
• Maintain Evo brand standards across partner work.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
