Responsibilities

• Coordinate Personal Banker and Service Representative functions to deliver excellent service.
• Provide transactional support to Tellers and maintain 75% accuracy in dual control tasks.
• Open personal and business accounts and prepare related documentation.
• Input and process loan applications including lines of credit and credit card apps.
• Assist customers with deposits, card services, checks, and other banking needs.
• Ensure compliance with security procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Engage customers via in-person and phone interactions; support multiple branches as needed.
