Responsibilities include opening personal and business accounts, processing loan and credit card applications, handling customer requests, and delivering excellent service while adhering to security and regulatory policies.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Work related experience could include reception or secretarial duties in a business environment.
• In-house training or industry-related curriculum should be business or financial related.
• Intermediate knowledge of bank operations, products and services and related laws.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates both the Personal Banker and Service Representative functions to deliver great customer experience.
• Provides transactional support to Tellers and cross-checks as applicable.
• Opens all types of personal and business accounts and prepares related documentation.
• Inputs and closes personal loan applications including DDA lines of credit and credit card applications.
• Assists customers with requests, complaints, and follow-ups to resolve matters to their satisfaction.
• Interfaces with customers by phone or in person and may support multiple branch locations.
