• Inputs and closes personal loan applications.
• Provides transactional support to Tellers and Service Area (75%).
• Assists customers with deposits, debit/credit cards, safe deposit boxes and other products.
• Adheres to security procedures and regulatory requirements in branch operations.
• Interfaces with customers via telephone or in person and supports multiple branches as needed.
