Responsibilities

• Drafting, issuing, filing, and creating templates or automations for contracts and letters.
• Managing onboarding, offboarding, and related tasks for multiple clients
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
• Collecting benchmarking data, updating spreadsheets, and supporting data prep
• Formatting decks and materials so client deliverables are polished and share-ready
• Drafting and formatting policies, handbooks, and performance materials with templates
