  • -Keep operations running smoothly: Manage day-to-day workflows, coordinate across teams, and solve problems as they arise.

  • -Support recruiting: Help source candidates, coordinate interviews, and deliver a thoughtful candidate and onboarding experience.
  • -Provide executive and event support: Assist scheduling, book reservations, and coordinate logistics for team events, offsites, and other gatherings, including venues, catering, and attendee communication.
  • -Own projects from start to finish: Turn broad goals into clear plans, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality work.
  • -Step in where needed: Take on new priorities and help close gaps across the business.
