Johnson Service Group, Inc. is seeking a Patch Management and User Provisioning Coordinator in Birmingham, AL.

The role supports the Energy Management Systems department and assists in systems analysis tasks with a focus on patching and access provisioning. You will work with IT teams to ensure compliance and document controls, while learning foundational principles through collaboration with senior analysts.

Formación

• Equivalent experience will be considered in place of formal education.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and identity and access management principles.
• Experience with patch management, vulnerability management, and system maintenance processes.
• Familiarity with change management processes and tools.
• Understanding of RBAC, least-privilege, and security group permissions.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work across teams and meet compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate weekly patching meetings and follow-ups.
• Capture documentation to meet compliance requirements.
• Analyze data to ensure controls and compliance.
• Identify process improvements and efficiencies.
• Back up provisioning – manage user access and password changes.
