Job summary

SMS Data Products Group, Inc. seeks a Patch Management Administrator to manage MECM/SCCM for AFCENT enterprise security, software distribution, and vulnerability management operations.

The role supports distributed sites, develops deployment guidance, tests patches, creates reports, and collaborates with NOSC and Web Development to maintain the MECM page and related infrastructure. Candidates should have an Associate degree or equivalent IT experience, knowledge of Windows Server, AD DS,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience or an Associate degree in a related field required.
• Experience with MECM/SCCM administration and patching.
• Strong Windows Server, AD DS, DNS, DHCP, and remote access knowledge.
• Familiarity with IT security patch processes and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain MECM/SCCM platform.
• Package, test, and deploy desktop applications and patches within MECM.
• Develop user guidance and installation instructions.
• Test and validate IT security patches and hot-fixes.
• Support distribution of security patches enterprise-wide.
• Provide configuration management for distributed MECM architecture.
• Develop reports and trend analysis documentation.
