Paramount Streaming is seeking a Jr. Analyst, Campaign Reporting to join our Paid Media team in New York. You will analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights to support PlutoTV marketing efforts.

Onsite, full-time role with typical 9-6 hours. The ideal candidate has 1-2+ years of paid media experience and strong data visualization skills using Tableau, Data Studio, or Looker.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-2+ years in a paid media analyst role.
• Experience with ad servers and paid media platforms.
• Proficient in Excel, Tableau, Data Studio, or Looker for dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into insights.
• QA raw campaign inputs for data accuracy.
• Maintain and enforce naming conventions.
• Create dashboards for marketing teams.
• Provide strategic recommendations on audience targeting and budget allocation.
• Bridge between BI/Data Eng and Marketing to optimize workflows.
