Job summary

EverQuote is seeking a Senior Analyst, Paid Media to own TV, streaming video, YouTube, and audio campaigns within a fast-growing, data-driven environment. You will manage substantial budgets, partner with a media agency, and work cross-functionally with Data Science, Marketing, and Finance.

We value hands-on buyers with experience across DV360, Google Ads, Amazon DSP, and The Trade Desk, plus strong analytics and clear communication to leadership. Hybrid in-office schedule in Cambridge, MA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in paid media with video/audio buying
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related field or demonstrated analytical ability
• Experience running CTV and YouTube campaigns with buying platforms (DV360, Google Ads, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, Netflix, Hulu)
• Experience working with a media agency: briefing, plan review, negotiation, performance management
• Experience working with platform, publisher, or network partners
• Comfortable owning a substantial budget with accountability for efficiency metrics
• Strong analytical skills with spreadsheets and BI tools
• Clear written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning, buying, and optimization of CTV, streaming video, YouTube, linear TV, and streaming audio campaigns.
• Budget management, flighting, and pacing against monthly/quarterly targets; forecast spend and flag risk.
• Primary day-to-day contact for our media agency; brief campaigns and review plans/post-logs.
• Build and manage direct relationships with platform partners; evaluate new inventory and pricing opportunities.
• Partner with Data Science on measurement: incrementality, geo lift, MMM inputs, reach/frequency, brand lift studies.
• Work with creative on a testing roadmap; manage assets and rotations.
• Report on channel performance to marketing leadership; recommend changes.
• Collaborate with finance on accruals, billing, and budget reforecasts.
