Job summary

RJ Young Company is seeking an Account Executive – Tier 1 (AE I) in Madison, AL to drive revenue growth through daily prospecting and effective consultative selling. You will manage the full sales cycle, expand current customers, and meet monthly quotas with emphasis on solution knowledge including Managed Print Services and related offerings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily within assigned territory to generate new sales opportunities.
• Maintain, upgrade, and expand existing customer relationships.
• Plan and manage daily activities, territory strategy, and database accuracy.
• Demonstrate equipment and continuously improve demo and presentation skills.
• Conduct needs assessments, qualifications, proposals, and QBRs.
• Present and close sales opportunities.
• Manage customer conflicts and objections professionally.
• Complete required paperwork, reporting, and forecasting.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
