Job summary

BTS Software Solutions seeks a JR OSINT Analyst to join the Quantico, VA team, focusing on open-source intelligence in response to government RFIs and taskings. The role involves collecting, exploiting, and analyzing online information using NIPRNet/SIPRNet/SCINet systems with minimal supervision.

The candidate will develop structured research, produce concise analytic reports, and mentor others in OSINT tradecraft.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of OSINT analysis experience, with recent work in last 2 years.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 2 additional years of experience may substitute education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OSINT activities in response to RFIs and taskings, using government and commercial sources.
• Populate and maintain databases in collaboration with Data Analysts/Data Scientists.
• Document open-source data structures and design data reports; identify patterns and correlations.
• Assist OSINT Team in evaluating and selecting COTS tools.
• Use MA software and online tradecraft to collect OSINT while understanding tool limitations.
• Develop data fusion methods to increase analytical value for Operational Forces.
