Job summary

Castalia Systems in Quantico, Virginia, is seeking a Junior Open-Source Intelligence Analyst to support our Intelligence Client’s mission. You will perform OSINT tasks across government RFIs, gather and analyze public information, and prepare reports using secure networks with minimal supervision.

You will also mentor Marines in OSINT tradecraft, help develop new procedures, and collaborate with data analysts to turn diverse sources into actionable intelligence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of OSINT analysis experience, with recent work within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or 7 years total OSINT experience in lieu of degree.
• Candidate must complete a joint-accredited OSINT course (EOSINT/OS301/OS302, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Conduct OSINT tasks per government tasking using secure networks.
• Populate and maintain OSINT databases with data teams.
• Analyze data, identify patterns, and produce OSINT reports.
• Train Marines in OSINT tradecraft and MCIA course.
• Develop OSINT tradecraft and SOPs to meet mission needs.
• Brief findings to customers verbally.
