Job summary

Invictus International is seeking an OSINT Analyst in Reston, VA or Bethesda, MD to collect open-source intelligence and support investigations. The role combines digital research, data aggregation, and clear reporting to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include creating collection plans, drafting OSIRs, and analyzing digital footprints while using COTS OSINT tools and attribution tradecraft. A TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant OSINT experience.
• Spanish fluency is required.
• Experience with OSINT tools, Managed Attribution, and OSIR reporting is required.
• TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a CI polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OSINT collection on foreign sources using MA and OSINT tools to identify patterns and produce intelligence requirements.
• Create collection plans and contribute to OSIR quality reviews.
• Draft OSIRs with guidance from a senior OSINT collector.
• Analyze digital footprints, map networks, track entity identifiers, and evaluate the credibility and relevance of sources.
• Utilize COTS OSINT software, managed attribution tradecraft, and data visualization tools.
