Job summary

Standard Chartered in the Americas is seeking a Senior Structurer to grow the credit structuring business across North America and LATAM. You will design bespoke investment and financing solutions for corporate, BBD, and Investor clients with cross-asset guidance.

The role requires deep product knowledge, collaboration with product heads and client coverage teams, and the ability to deliver practical, compliant transactions across regions. Flexible/hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Education bachelor’s degree
• Training 7-9 years’ experience in credit structuring, exposure to Europe and Americas regions, FM products knowledge
• Licenses series 7 and 63
• Membership Finra
• Certifications Dodd frank, sec ap
• Languages English

Responsibilities

• Grow the structured credit business in the Americas by collaborating with Product Heads and in-country Heads of Markets
• Drive structured business covering complex or bespoke investment/financing products across clients in Americas
• Collaborate with client coverage teams and product partners to design bespoke solutions
• Provide inputs for regional Americas and Global Structuring teams to share product/client experience
• Drive service excellence via robust product support, bespoke solutions and cross-asset guidance
• Deliver training and education on structured products to internal and external audiences
