Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB’s Structured Financial Solutions Americas invites a Junior Originator, Associate to help originate, structure and execute corporate and structured finance transactions in the Americas. You will work with senior bankers, prepare offers, pitches and term sheets, and support cross-border deals while developing market knowledge.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in banking, with strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of corporate banking products, and compliance with Series

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant banking experience, preferably in front office
• Experience in structuring, pricing and executing transactions
• Knowledge of cross-border deals and corporate financing

Responsibilities

• Support the senior originators to originate, structure, sell and execute corporate and structured finance transactions in the Americas and in a cross-border environment (US to Europe or Asia)
• Identify financing or solutions for clients
• Production of offers, pitches and term sheets with Senior Bankers
• Participation in the marketing effort to clients and development of SFS business
• Participation in the negotiation and execution of complex documentations in liaison with legal counsel.
• Production of financial models, credit applications and other internal materials
• Monitor and follow up of the portfolio, including credit quality covenants

At the heart of Global Coverage and Investment Banking (CIB) and Global Investment Banking (GIB), Structured Financial Solutions (SFS) is a global corporate finance business line providing well-structured and highly efficient solutions to complex financial issues of CA-CIB group’s main clients.

As SFS is a non «plain vanilla» financing group with strong structuring capabilities we have close relationships and synergies with other business lines (e.g., Global Markets Division, Energy & Real Assets, & Mergers & Acquisitions). Main types of products are tailor-made and complex financings, structured monetization of financial receivables, hybrid financings.

Key Responsibilities
