The Engine Driving Operational Performance

We partner with market-leading brands across retail, telecommunications, and consumer services to deliver direct customer acquisition programs. Our operations team builds the operational engine, coordinating campaign schedules, staging promotional materials, managing venue logistics, and keeping workflows synchronized across Greater Hoover.

As a Junior Operations Executive, you’ll work directly alongside senior leaders to streamline daily campaign readiness and support team execution.

• Coordinate Daily Operations: Assist with campaign master schedules, resource tracking logs, event briefs, and daily activity plans.
• Support Field Teams: Coordinate with client managers and field leads to ensure materials, display setups, and venue timelines remain perfectly aligned.
• Track Execution & Resolve Delays: Monitor daily operational metrics, spot bottlenecks early, and implement quick, practical solutions.
• Lead Strategy Syncs: Participate in daily briefing huddles, document key decisions, assign priority action items, and maintain operational flow.

Profile

• Education: Open to all academic degree paths (High School Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree welcome).
• Experience: Beginners welcome! Backgrounds in office support, retail, customer service, hospitality, or logistics are a plus, we provide complete, hands‑on training.
