Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of IT or junior cybersecurity experience preferred.

• Perform initial triage and evaluation of security alerts across endpoints, network, cloud, and identity.
• Execute incident response playbooks for containment and remediation of low-to-medium alerts.
• Escalate complex or high-severity incidents to Tier-2 with detailed initial notes.
• Document incident details, triage steps, and remediation actions in ticketing systems.
• Monitor SIEM/EDR/cloud platforms for visibility and alert hygiene.
